Skeets, With Malone, it was sort of showing the flag for the home team. He and a couple of other Jazz guys agreed to appear at a match in Salt Lick City and got contracted for another match in Atlanta. Rodman really likes wrestling, due to the free spirit stuff.

As far as wrestling goes, the Barkley/Shaq brouhaha earlier in the season proved that these guys have no business in a squared ring. <g>

Besides, a lot of people buy the silly idea that NBA players are the finest athletes in world, or, they buy it until they see them pull a Jerry Lewis schtick in any real sport they attempt. <g> Watching Barkley or Jordan kill weeds on the golf course is a real laugh fest. I don't think they have had a real two sport man in the NBA since Chuck Conners left to pick up a rifle.

I actually appreciate what NBA guys can do on the bb court. But they are as freakily specialized as jockeys or ballet dancers. If they tried another sport, the only one where I think they could really excel would be volleyball.
