Don't know if you caught this, but your Sprint article is almost a duplicate of a Worldcom one I posted at:

The fixed wireless equipment vendors and must be getting excited about the back to back request for permission by two very large LD players to get into the MMDS game.

And on the same token, fixed wireless CLEC's such as Teligent(TGNT) and Winstar(WCII) must be slightly worried. -MikeM(From Florida)
