You're right from the Novell hqtrs, aren't you? Take the task of getting Joe the info to call the special meeting. It would be a lot easier to do the threat of bod ouster by getting the corp to follow through with spending some of that 1 bil in cash in support of a special meeting and notifying all shareholders -- This might actually be in the corp charter, if we can see if the corp rules can support us!
