Peace keeping troop contingents are fully trained for combat and armed. Their "rules of engagement" are different. I bet these folks left behind are not going door to door rounding up Iraqi civilians, throwing them in Abu Gharib prisons, torturing them and scouring the countryside looking for WMDs. So they are military folks and not Joe Schmoe like the bozo from Colorado who is out there trying to hunt Bin Laden. Any further discussion on this issue looks like should go to a thread that idolizes FOX and indulge in mental orgies over imaginary issues. This is not a difference of opinion issue since the facts are stated clearly by various news media.
