Hi Jeff, My thoughts on your post on GE's and MSFT's revenue are:

Microsofts real revenues are larger than reported because of deferred revenues. I do not have a feel for revenues associate with stock options, but I worked for GE and their options go down to the Department level and could be close to the same. One other thing that comes to mind is the margins associated with software vs margins associated with GE's collection of companies does not compare. What I am saysing is GE and MSFT are different companies and one needs to look at all the factors when evaluating investment decisions. I am not saying GE/MSFT is under or over valued.
