Well then you can understand why folks with no experience in the big city look kinda weird when someone says they should not only be a major player in a major city, but they should be a player in the national government over all the cities and 300 million people living in very diverse circumstances from your saloon in the desert to the tenements of the Bronx.

Leading the government for all those people takes someone with some simpatico and experience in diverse environments. The presidents with little or no diverse experience tend to go off on dead end sidetracks and end up stuck in a limbo like Bush is ending his presidency.

Some of us are just tired of the ideologues with blinkers marching across the Potomac and watching them try to reinvent everyone in their own warped image all over again. Wasilla ain't Washington, the Bronx, LA or hundreds of other place where Americans live. And it won't ever be, or vice versa.

But they are all in the USA.
