I'm not sure what OBV is but the last time I was on a thread where someone wrote that the OBV turned positive. The stock went from
3 1/16 to 6 5/8 (those are the Bids) in a matter of 4 weeks.

Go OBV.

which goes into the details
but basically the On Balance Volume. uses Volume as an indicator
of price direction. Voulume is positive if the Average of the Hig-low
of today is greater than the AVg of yesterdays high low.
And you keep accumulating this volume number and compare it to the
actual or average volume.

It's TA hocus pocus but it does have some merit.
