Founded in 1994 by Tom Eames and Pete Keeler, Next Level is located in beautiful Sonoma County, the heart of the wine country, just 45 minutes north of San Francisco. We recently completed construction of a 200,000 square foot corporate campus that spans 12 acres.

While that system (in the uplinked diagram) was being conceived, and as it was being implemented for the first time, Tom Eames was posting here discussing many of the merits of its design, regularly. He stopped posting on LMT at about the time of the rollouts in the Boston area for the New England Bell portion of NYNEX, I believe it still was at the time. Coulda just become BEL at that time. Which is now VZ, this month...
