Caxton, This is not a patent suit, what happened is that Nokia asked the European Patent Office to review Q's patents with respect to newly found references... It was good news for Q! that Q! did not loose a claim. I am not sure about this, but if one claim is invalidated (under European Law) then the entire patent is invalidated... dave
