The recent and massive ChoicePoint identity theft scandal in California in fact turns out to be the second time Nigerians born scam artists in the U.S. have used ChoicePoint to victimize Americans. Every victim of identity theft I've ever talked to has been victimized by foreign born criminals who have found their way to America, both legally and illegally. No, the President and the Republican Congress have not made you safe.
