CNN to pull the plug on struggling CNNfn in mid-December Made me recall the time permabear Bill Tice was being interviewed on one of the financial cable stations as the crash began in 2000. Their talking heads said the bottom was here, invest now! and Tice was claiming that the big crash had only just got started. When asked how we would know that the bottom was really here, he replied "when your station goes off the air". Their expressions were funny to see.
