Hi you-all, Fiber installation on railroad ROW is fast, real fast, you can engineer the design on the road and have it plowed in, in a matter of months, like only three months later. For those not familiar with the process having the green light from Union Pacific means this fiber can be installed this year with lights on in 1999 if not this year. I have only a small amount of Level Three but, i figure the technology will move fast once they have the hardware/software they need.
