It certainly is today...INKT broke the downtrend line going back to the peak in January on heavy volume. Look for a retest of the previous high near term. If we break through that, look out. I guarantee you the big boys have their eyes on this one...don't be deterred by threats from CSCO or AltaVista. They are nowhere close to INKT's technological lead.
