Chambers exercised his options at a price of $3.45 a share, accounting for multiple stock splits, according to the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (News - Websites) . He then sold them at an average price of $22.59 for a net gain before taxes of $38.28 million.

The amazing thing is, John just took a $38 million paycheck and it didn't cost CSCO (the company) a thing...

Last time he sold was back in 2000. That gives him an unaccounted for salary of $12.33mil per year, and an accounted salary of $1...

That's right!!! CSCO pays John $1 per year...

How much does that dollar effect CSCO's earnings...ROFL!!!
