I'll be darned. Would never have figured that out without your help, uw. ;-(

And, of course, once the Bush folk came into office, an economy which was drifting, having performed next to perfect for a good many years, just kept drifting, and drifting, and drifting. Perhaps that's because the Bush economic team missed a beat or two or three. And, lately, decided it would be fun to see if they could make it worse by making the deficit something actually serious.
