I have contacted the SEC as well as ALA., FLA., and Utah ATTY Generals office and offered my help and knowledge on Perihelion . As far as a lawsuit, I personally have not found an attorney to represent me for free. Am still looking, if any offers please contact me. My position is a strong one , i just do not have the money at the moment. I am not talking now for any other reason than to not be taken down with John BB. As an employee i was and still am concerned about the stock value and where the monies went, since i was told they were going where they were supposed to but could not prove that they were. And also doing donuts in his front yard is not only a stupid idea but would not solve my current situation. My first concern as always is my family and to do something stupid to BB would hurt them even further.
