KM, I'm surprised that you would observe that "HRZG shorts EVERYTHING". They are primarly representing customer orders. My broker (Preferred) uses them, along with NITE and INCA for their "$7.75 trades". (Used to be just NITE, now they seem to divvy them up.) I always use $7.75 when I am going to join or better the bid or offer - it's the cheapest route if I just want to get my order displayed.
