thecow and all, I get horizontal black streaks occasionally
on just a few lines of text in any Adobe Acrobat document.
When I change to another view, the streaks disappear temporarily. Does not affect printing and only occurs in AA, not in a word processor or spread sheet. This AA problem
has persisted since I installed many months ago.

The Adobe web site is no help [I appreciate SI all the more after seeing their boards].

No biggie. Any ideas?
