Longevity costs the system way more.

My Dad smoke and drank, died of a massive heart attack, cost to system ZERO.

My mom never smoke and played tennis until 65 (she's 85). Since she has turned 65... 2 knee replacement, tennis elbow surgeries, hip replacement, Five women issue surgeries, gall bladder, appendix, tongue surgeries, 5 heart operations, now her teeth need replacement and probably 5-10 surgeries I forgot about.

cost to system 2-5 million or more.

now who costs the system more ???
