As Secretary of the Navy, Middendorf would have known. He probably signed off on it. If he goes public, they have to cover it. FOX would go ballistic.

If Middendorff does go public, I think the MSM would have no choice but to at least acknowledge the story. I agree with you, however, that Fox would go nuts.
