Thanks, I'm keeping all these ideas for my project. I ordered the disks & labels today, about this size: lenaoptical.com Nice and small. I wanted something that most people haven't seen before, this way it won't get tossed as quick as a regular business card. It will be about 3 x 2 1/4 inches.
