The outages and slowness recently have been more pronounced than usual. > Whether it's yahoo.com or techstocks.com or gateway.net (my f%$#king isp!) or ebay.com, seems pretty common, unfortunately. Guess it may be a sign of rampantly expanding usage everywhere. If ebay's issues are unusually problematical, then that's another story. At any rate, no customers like such problems, and of course they can impact customer usage. Looking forward to your next report! Rob
