I've had this for awhile. It was around .22 3 or 4 weeks ago. Since then fairly sustained volume increase and buying. Doesn't seem to have made the real move yet, even with the double. Anyone intrested in a short (or long) term trade can type UBS into the symbol box in the following url:

Unique Broadband Systems Enters into Development Agreement with Lucent Digital Video for New Digital Video Applications

MARKHAM, ON/Murray Hill, NJ, Nov. 18 /CNW/ - Unique Broadband Systems,
Inc. (VSE:UBS) has entered into a development agreement with Lucent Digital
Video, a wholly-owned venture of Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU) for new digital
video applications, including new products and end-to-end digital video
solutions. The two companies will work specifically on solutions for digital
video in the areas of terrestrial and satellite distribution. In addition,
Andreas Papanicolaou, President of Lucent Digital Video, has agreed to join
Unique's Board of Directors.
Under the terms of the agreement, it is expected that Unique Broadband
Systems will conduct much of the research and development on the joint
projects and will provide transmission equipment and digital video boards, as
well as systems integration and custom system design to Lucent Digital Video.
Lucent Digital Video has agreed to fund Unique's expected engineering costs
and will be the end-to-end supplier to customers. Work has commenced on the
initial project.
Unique Broadband Systems will bring its expertise in microwave frequency
and digital video board design to its development work with Lucent Digital
Video. ''Unique Broadband Systems offers us another competitive resource for
product development in new digital video areas,'' said Andreas Papanicolaou,
