"You gotta have faith" is right, but that rule of 3 pertains to celebrities. The SEC tried very hard to make GRNO the kind of celebrity that GIFS is/was but failed.

Different topic: I sent the following to the author of the article in the Charleston paper about air pollution from ships.

Dear Mr. Bartelme,

I enjoyed your article on air pollution caused by ships. As states and nations unite to stop such pollution, a certain Charleston business becomes more important.

Right now, waste oil is blended into ships' bunker oil because in some cases it is the most cost effective way of getting it out of the immediate area. Green Oasis Environmental has an operating plant on Greenleaf that converts waste oil into diesel fuel and heating oil and future models will remove sulfur from it's diesel product. It can even take the sludge cleaned from tankers and convert that to clean diesel which then can be used by the ships as fuel.

The company's head is William Carraway at 722-5771 and the offices are at 184 East Bay.

The following was his reply.

Thanks for your note about the ship pollution story and your suggestion to get in touch with the folks at Green Oasis!
