I'm new to this thread, and I don't know if it's been brought up, but y'all should check out TRC ( Tejon Ranch) as a short. This stock was puffed up over the summer because it owns 100s of thousands of acres north of Los Angeles. Many investors pictured subdivisions being built on all that land. At its high, TRC had a PE of 300! Even if some of the land gets developed, longs should look at opportunity costs. How long to realize a gain on this stock? Let's short it down to 10! Mike
