Kevin, I'm not saying anything about the relationship with SABRE. From the two clips below it is clear that IFLY is going to go to the Internet in a BIG, NEW way, with the ex-CEO of American Airlines and Continental Airlines as Chairman of the Board. I suspect they will be partnering with a number of Internet organizations in one way or another. How this might affect their relations with SABRE, I have no idea.

>>TAMPA, Fla., April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- 800 Travel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFLY - news) announced today that at its first meeting since the completion of its initial public offering, its Board of Directors confirmed the Company's commitment to its strategy of providing personal customer service through its ''800'' numbers and authorized management to develop an interactive travel reservation service over the internet to complement the Company's existing web page. <<

>>Mr. Warde currently serves as an advisor to numerous prominent aviation concerns around the world. Upon his appointment, Mr. Warde said, ''I look forward to leading the dedicated and competent management team of 800 Travel Systems, Inc. led by its President Mark Mastrini, as it continues the phenomenal growth of its core business and embarks on its Internet venture; a venture which I believe to have limitless potential.'' <<
