While there may be no short position left in NHC, there is virtually no interest in the stock either. The dollar volume on a daily basis is pocket change. NHC has been long on promises and even longer on delivering on them. While I realize that they are not in control of the situation, it is easy to see why it creates a fertile breeding ground for skepticism. If we don't get at least some small volume POs in the first quarter we could be under pressure as investors that have been waiting what seems like forever lose faith.
