John, I too am frustrated by the performance over the last 3 years during which time I've been a shareholder. As you've stated, the price is down over three years (I'm about even), but more importantly, their earnings/share are down, rate of growth down over 5 years etc. If they can get earnings up and revs up, the stock price will take care of itself.
