Interesting...SSB's analyst makes negative comment on INTC, yet SSB has been on the buy side on Level II in INTC all day. I am seeing this kind of action more and more. Just like when B of A upgraded INTC in August and then was all over the sell side all day on what proved to be the high print day. This is the kind of action Volts has talked about.
