Clinton, I have access to a card at 8.5% for one year, it used to be 5.9%. If I ever need it, I know where it is.ggg. I have a GM card with 19% where I get a rebate of 5% up to a yearly rebate of 500 towards a car. It used to be up to 1000 but they did not like the idea that so many of us paid of monthly. They said it was not cost effective without getting interest from the users.
