Capt: The virus infected a company from which I receive e-mails - but somehow I escaped. Possibly because I had just cancelled my e-mail account when I changed ISP. This link gives some simple instructions on how to detect if the virus is hidden in your files. Essentially, you have to look for .VBS attached to one of your picture, sound or video files and you can do it by using the "Find" feature for .VBS
