In general I agree, this is a good translation to use: Underperform = Strong Sell Hold = Sell Mkt Perform = Sell Maintain = Sell Neutral = Sell Accumulate = Hold Outperform = Hold Attractive = Hold Strong Buy = Buy Aggressive Buy = Buy
