Wow, this looks like a shareholders revolt day. Since I am a long term FRUSTRATED shareholder, I better take the opportunity to voice some opinions also.

Going back to the days of Ron A, WIND had chosen an earnings model. Now that Ron A is gone and TSD came on board, I guess Wind has switched to some type of metrix, with promises of transparency.

Now the honeymoon is definitely over, we have neither.

As far as I am concerned, this so call metrix model is a total failure. Unless the company follow through with some execution, all these design wins are nothing but hot air. Little league trophies are great for the shelf but it will not get you into the majors.

Having the CFO dumping, without a single explanation from the company, is not only stupid but it shows a "don't give a damn about shareholders attitude."

Since we know from day 1 that WIND management does read this forum, may be we should keep this line of questioning up until the company show us something more substantial --- such as some topline growth consistent with the internet backbone industry.

Now that we all got a few things off our chest, do we feel any better?
