I would be very careful. The lack of terms of the placement could(just my opinion) be RegS(offshore). Guaranteed profits for these offshore investors usually means that the shareholder gets screwed. Or maybe they just don't have the terms of the placement together. Be very careful. I believe that KeyWest was short; why else would they
be so quick to call up the company and release a sell rec?

No facts just my speculation,
