CR , I just installed an M/board with OPTi chipset in a friends machine , they are very popular in some of the taiwanese boards . At the beginning of 1996 OPTi were shipping to 9 out of 10 top PC manufctrs . They shipped more than 11 million chipsets in 95 , second to Intel . regards
