I am suprised that no oone here has taken the time to make not of the 10K extention Carver filed... Mr. John P. Suite A Woodinville, WA Dear Mr. World: Due to the timing of the development of a new business plan to assist the Company in a return to profitability, along with entering into an agreement in principal with an investor, we have not had sufficient time to analyze the ramifications of these matters on the financial statements as of December 31, 1997. Significant and recurring losses have eroded the Company's working capital and management believes that without an immediate infusion of capital it may not be able to satisfy a number of its financial obligations in the near future. Therefore, we have not formed an opinion on the financial statements referred to above and will require the additional time requested to analyze and review the business plan upon its completion. We recognize that the Company is required to file its annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission by March 31, 1998.
