I stand corrected, 28 mm shares out. But 4 mm warrants @ $.80 due to expire 3/31 could put a damper on any rallys until then.

Benz has 34 mm shares out but no potentially dilutive securities unless the price triples from here. It is within a few weeks of doubling its proven reserves, with another huge well right on the heels of this one.
