Hi Salt - I think that you might have misunderstood Chris when you spoke to him. Ebiz is no more. Jaws acquired all of the shares of Ebiz and then applied to have the symbol changed to JAWW. The reason that they didn't want to start talking to the world about Jaws until that happened was because they didn't want to confuse people into thinking that it was essentially the same old company with a new name. The "old" Ebiz had baggage associated with it that the "new" Jaws did not want to carry. Just think of it like this. Jaws could have started from scratch and applied for a listing which would have taken a lot longer than merely acquiring the shares of a moribund company. What is a little confusing is that some quote servers still acknowledge the EBIZ symbol, while others say "Symbol has been changed to JAWW". Does that make sense? Regards bbruin
