$10 a share <LOL> (Old news, sure) Like many corporate deals, "payments" can be disguised as many things. (I once sold my stock in a company I'd founded for peanuts.... but a long term do-nothing "consulting contract" <LOL> for several peanut-farms' valuation. :) Here NXTL assures itself the rights to feast on SPDE's carcus... "just call it a stock purchase at $10..." Good Ole CellularVision. This "bargain" ought to really herd in a few of the dumber sheep!
