What is your reasons for this statement? A lot of people seem to think the same thing but I thing that they still have a lot of good value. I am long on the stock and think it will recover. The next 6 months or so should determine where the stock is heading. If 3.0 is a success and if the holiday and winter season is strong I think it could come back nicely, but if not then you may be right. I would just like to find out your thoughts on the stock. I think that they will add more subscribers and start to gain more value from various things such as advertising. Although there are many people who prefer local access providers I think the market for people who prefer AOL's ease of use and interface is still strong. We'll see what happens. Also does anybody know anything else about this 1 for 2 when it goes over to the NYSE? Rob G
