Dear Mitch: Don't know if you are allowed to answer this question. I'm a novice investor and for the first time am hearing about the "January effect." QUESTION: Billions of fund $ will be pouring into LISTED Small Caps! Will ACRT be one of these Small Caps?????? Although this may sound really ignorant, I am hoping that you could say whether mutual funds have been contacting you about investing...or ANY other info or opinions you might be able to share in this regard.
