Gabe, I responded to your previous question before I saw this post. My work takes me away from the market periodically but its unavoidable. I can see the the thread is getting disapointed with the price and I am too. I like the buying power here and will take advantage of it. The Timeshare business has always had a bad name but things are improving with the entry into timeshare by Disney and Mariott Also, a South Florida timeshare company was just bought out by a larger timeshare company last week. These kinds of stories should have a positive effect on our company. Saw several notes on NIAR in my stockman mail tonight. Coz
