To all:

2 buy "interest messages" on IATV today, one for 100K, one looked like 20K - these are messages indicating that an institution is interested in buying the amount of shares should a MM or broker or someone have that many shares available and a price can be agreed upon.

This does not mean that an institution put out a 100K share buy order at the then-current ask, or anthing like that. It's simply a non-binding indicator of interest in that number of shares should a price be agreed upon.

Last week was the first time I'd ever seen a buy "interest message" sent for IATV; today is the 2nd time I've seen it and the first time I've seen 2 in one day.

You can check it out yourself at:

Type in IATV.

To me this means that there is/are institution(s) who are considering buying IATV. Whether they ever do or not is a different story.
