FCC announced auctions for another 30 MHz of spectrum at 2.3 GHz to allow fixed wireless access and internet and data services. Auctions to be held by April 15th. Can't this be used to provide high speed internet access? See FCC Wireless Telecom Branch for FCC 97-50 (165 pages of stuff) if you need details. Will this impact Winstar?
