Maximum allowable discounts for PP pricing according to CDNX policy 1.1:

“Discounted Market Price” means the Market Price less the discount set forth below, subject
to a minimum price of $0.10:
Closing Price Discount
up to $0.50 25%
$0.51 to $2.00 20%
Above $2.00 15%

That would mean that the post-consol price can't exceed $3.53 which translates to $1.08 pre-consol.
