Pravin. here is another slant on the Intel/Gateway conspiracy theory........ Maybe Intel fronted Gateway with enough money to buy a sizeable number of Athlon processors just to keep them off the market and away from other needy builders. Maybe Gateway never had any intentions of selling the Athlon systems. Intel's got billions of bucks to burn. If you want to really examine how Intel might conspire to up-end AMD, then think "out-side of the box". Buckwheat
