This is a typical ploy of DOJ,

The leader of SUNW has said this and much worse about GATES and MSFT and he does mean what he says because he says he does. The DOJ does nothing about that. Thus the DOJ has no credibility as far as I'm concerned. When they try and apply their inside the beltway infantile tactics outside the loop they look stupid. They are just too ignorant to realize it.
