John, According to my sources S3 will have a announcement regarding AGP before the end of this month. Dave as far as the insider selling this was done in feb. The window for insiders to buy and sell is closed. From the info I was given this has been fairly consistant year over year with insiders buying and selling the stock. I would think that George Hervey sold all his stock since he was leaving. S3 has had quite a few design wins already. Dell, Diamond and HP. I think we might see more real soon, although this has not helped the stock very much lately. Grogg
