(Secondary) Pat: The IPO announcement for an AMATI secondary to be priced at 18.75 does seem odd, as Techie has pointed out. With your contacts at the firm, what is your read of this? Right now, 18.75 looks like a pretty good price to ask new investors to pay, don't you think?
