Read the rest of the article, BCB. Bush is up by 6. Which makes it less than the 8 he used to be up in September. So they can frame it as "tightens" by playing that number. They also try to claim it is a 8 point margin of error to make it within the range to call it "tied." Nice try, Cleveland Plain Dealer.
